SHIPPING AND RETURNS;
As soon as your order is placed and confirmed, we aim to have your parcel dispatched within 2 working days. This is subject to change during busier times. If your order is taking longer than usual, contact our customer service for further assistance. Please note that we do not ship out on Saturday, Sunday or UK public holidays.
Tracking Your Order;
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order has been shipped, which includes the tracking number. Please use the links provided via our email to track your order.
RETURNS POLICY;
We accept exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy;
- Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Underwear and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
How to Return;
You can return your parcel to us by using your local postal service or a courier. We do not cover the cost of returns for our customers.
We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you're unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure any branded boxes or cases that came with your order are also protected within your returns packaging. If you return your item without protecting the branded boxes or cases that came with your order, you may not receive your refund.

Once your return has been received and the product meets our Returns Policy, your exchange will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and arrive within 5 working days.
